How to Bulk Import Sources to NotebookLM
Learn how to import multiple sources to NotebookLM at once using Notebook Toolkit bulk import. The goal is simple: save it once, then use it again inside NotebookLM.
Before you start
- A Chrome, Edge, Brave, or Arc browser
- The Notebook Toolkit browser extension (free to install)
- A Notebook Toolkit account (sign up free at notebooktoolkit.com)
- A Google NotebookLM account
Do this
Open the Notebook Toolkit dashboard
Sign in to your Notebook Toolkit account at notebooktoolkit.com and navigate to the dashboard.
Go to Bulk Import
Click on the "Bulk Import" option in the sidebar. This opens the batch source management interface.
Add your sources
Paste a list of URLs, upload files, or select from your previously saved sources. You can add up to 100 sources at a time.
Configure workspace and tags
Select the target NotebookLM workspace and add tags that will apply to all imported sources.
Start the import
Click "Import All" to begin the batch process. Notebook Toolkit captures each source, extracts clean content, and sends it to NotebookLM. A progress bar shows the status.
